Let’s be honest – it’s hard to find motivation to workout at the best of times never mind this current situation that we’re unfortunately facing. But with self-isolation limiting our amount of movement, it’s more important than ever to stay active and keep our bodies moving – regardless of motivation.

With this in mind, you may be considering a bit of (online) retail therapy to help kickstart a routine of home workouts. Is there anything more likely to get you to workout than new gym gear that makes you feel good? I don’t think so.
