1 item, 3 ways: This season’s ‘shacket’
News just in: One of this season’s must-haves is an oversized shirt – or if you really want to get down with the fashion lingo, a ‘shacket’ (shirt and jacket).

Focusing on Zara’s best-seller – a tweed version – this season’s staple can be dressed both up and down. See our favourite three ways to wear this piece below. Oh, and as an added bonus, the majority of the pieces we’ve included can be worn together so you’ve basically got yourself a capsule wardrobe guide, too!

Look One:
With sun on the way, you may be thinking you need to put your trusty leather pants back into storage until Autumn, but this definitely isn’t the case.
Instead, you can pair them with another of this season’s hottest must-haves – a knitted vest (yes, really).
To pull off this look, you simply need to wear it with any oversized white shirt.
Wear your other half’s or your Dad’s if you must (I have done this recently)!
Next, pair this ensemble with some comfy boots – or if you want to buy another big hit this season – invest in some chunky-soled Chelsea boots.

Look Two:
Did you know that a shacket can give the typical ‘jeans and a nice top’ formula a much-needed upgrade? Nope? Well, now you do.
Accessorize with a pair of statement earrings, strappy heels and your favourite going-out bag in black.
Whilst this is one of the simplest outfit combinations, it’s still sleek and will make you good-to-go for drinks with the girls.

Look Three:
And finally, if you’re someone who is counting down until hotter days where you can go bare-legged – this is the outfit combination for you. Simply pair the shacket with a slip dress – otherwise known as a staple in every wardrobe.
Next, pair this outfit with a classic pair of white trainers, some hoops and your go-to handbag.
Personally, I’d recommend a crossover bag to tie this look together!
