Happy New Year HLN’ers!

We really hope you all had a cracking Christmas and are still looking forward to whatever the next 12 months may bring, despite our being plunged into lockdown 3.0. Goodness knows after last year, we could be in for anything!

But we’re not about to just sit here and wish you all the very best for 2021 – we’re going to help you get there, too.

Introducing: HLN’s Life Audit.

Over the next month, we’ll be delving deep into all of the weird, wacky and wonderful wellness trends 2021 has in store for us to bring you the very best of the best – getting insider tips from the experts and behind-the-scenes access to brand new releases as we go.

From the best beauty buys and inclusive fashion trends to health, wealth and wellbeing, the top spots for a laugh and how we can look after the planet a little better and, as always, plenty of chats with all of the inspirational women living and working here in the North East, HLN’s Life Audit is here with four aims and four aims only: to help you Look Good, Feel Good, Work Hard and Play Hard in 2021.

And before your thoughts start wandering to all of the resolutions you’ve made for the coming 12 months, let us start off with a little clarification: you are already a bonafide badass who got through everything 2020 (and 2021, so far) had to throw at you and look at you! You’re still standing. So this isn’t about losing anything you’ve inadvertently gained these last 12 months or changing who you’ve ended up becoming – this is about you joining us on an ongoing journey to becoming the best version of ourselves we can be.

Sound good? Alrighty then. Let’s get cracking…
