Lust List – 8 January 2021
The lust list is back! Here are the items Team HLN is coveting this week.
This debut novel from Chinese-American Susie Yang has launched into 2021 with a bang with many saying they’ve devoured it in a day. We’re not quite there, but are really enjoying the excitement of this page-turner and the lockdown escapism it offers on these dark nights.
White Ivy by Susie Yang – £8.00
Yes, like most people RN now we’ve got coffee running constantly through our veins. But after attending a webinar on the benefits of drinking water just before Christmas, we’re all trying to get two litres in before 11 am each morning. Apparently, water is the energy drink of 2021 – stay tuned for more on that. In the meantime, we’re making sure we’re keeping it interesting with this collaboration from Suki Waterhouse and Waterdrop which includes microdrinks full of vitamins to keep our water flavoured and interesting.
Suki Waterhouse x Waterdrop Set – £35.00
To say we’ve burned this candle non-stop since we bought it might be an exaggeration (we do blow it out to go to sleep, after all. But other than that, this incredible smelling candle from Bulan has been making our home office space so much more luxe.
Our editor Laura is trying out this much-coveted Sukari Babyfacial from Drunk Elephant which has finally been released in the UK this month. This resurfacing treatment is heralded to be a game-changing weekly facial product, promising to minimise problem pores and fine lines as well as give a baby skin softness and healthy glow. After one use the results are definitely glowing – but stay tuned for a more in-depth review.
Drunk Elephant T.L.C Sukari Babyfacial – £67.00
These huge and super fluffy scarves from Ruby Friday are wrapped around the neck of every member of the HLN team whilst working from home – especially on these freezing, snowy days! An absolute bargain at £20, just trust us and buy one of these RN. We promise you won’t regret it.
