Using healing crystals can be a beneficial way to combat stress, especially when you choose the best crystals for stress reduction.   • 3 amethyst crystals – 1 in each hand and 1 placed on your forehead
  • 2 black tourmaline crystals – 1 placed under the sole of each foot
  • 1 rose quartz – 1 stone placed over the chest

As you lie down with the stones placed in this particular healing layout, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. With each inhale and exhale, feel the release of tension and stress from your body. Try to maintain this peaceful state of meditation for at least 10 minutes, or longer if needed.

Bathing with healing crystals 

Bathing in crystal-infused water is the ultimate way to relax mind, body and spirit. Water itself is extremely healing, so when you combine it with the soothing energy of crystals, all your worries, frustrations and anxieties of the day will melt away as you soak in the tub.
