1st Edition Apple Cocktail

Summery cocktail made with local gin.

 

Required:

Gin

Honey

Apple Cider

Lime Juice

Cinnamon

Fresh Apple

Sprig of Thyme

Cocktail Shaker

Ice

Strainer

Glasses

 

Method:

Combine 50ml of First Edition Gin, 100ml of apple cider, 25ml of fresh lime juice with the honey, cinnamon, and ice into a cocktail shaker

Shake gently (be careful not to over fizz!) and pour directly into the glass through a strainer

Make Matchsticks from the fresh apple and add them to the glass with a sprig of thyme and enjoy.
