Gingerbread Espresso Martini

We asked the expert bartenders at one of our fave new cocktail bars – WC in Newcastle – for the secret ingredients to their top festive tipple.
Ingredients
30ml Old J Spiced Rum
15ml Aber Falls Gingerbread Liqueur
15ml Gingerbread Syrup
60ml Espresso
Ice
Method
Combine all the ingredients together and shake until the outside of the Boston Shaker starts to feel ice-cold.
Strain out the ice and shake again to make it extra frothy.
Strain into a chilled glass.
For a garnish, we recommend crumbled gingerbread biscuits or coffee beans.
