Summer in a Cup Smoothie
This simple 5-ingredient smoothie really does taste like summer in a cup and is perfect for breakfast or a refreshing beverage.
Ingredients
140g frozen raspberries
1 large ripe, sliced and frozen banana
120ml pomegranate juice
180ml orange juice
180ml plain unsweetened almond milk
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
Taste and adjust flavour as needed. Add more milk or fruit juice if too thick. Add more frozen bananas if not sweet enough.
Serve immediately— freezes well (or make into popsicles).
