Dragon Slayer Distillery

Gin has always been Yasmin and her father Paul’s favourite tipple, so together they channelled their passion and Dragon Slayer Distillery was born. Now they provide pure quality gin that tells the story of local dragon slayer folklore.

With gin lovers in mind, Yasmin and her father produce the most moreish gins that you can easily drink neat with ice and are served in stunning, unique bottles. ‘My dad is my hero so getting to work with him has been a pleasure even when we butt heads,’ says Yasmin. ‘At times it can be difficult as working with family can always be, but I think we both bring a different perspective to the table which is helpful in the business world.’

Cookie Freaks

Kieron and his daughter Macy had always been close but running a business together has been a dream for them. With their love for cookies and Macy’s passion for baking since a young age, the father-daughter duo began to experiment with hundreds of recipes for cookie dough and cookie-based products before creating the perfect melt-in-your-mouth cookie dough formula that is unique to them and Cookie Freaks was born.

There are just two words for you. Cookie. Pie. Whether it’s the OG Cookies and Cream creation – handmade choc-chunk cookie dough baked into a pie and filled with cookies and cream spread and whole Oreos – or something a little crazier like the Kinder Bueno or Lotus Biscoff and Gold Bar variations, we can promise won’t be disappointed.
