INSIDE THE CABIN 

As soon as you step into The Duck Cabin you’ll notice the huge airy windows bringing warming sunlight and captivating countryside views inside. From a glass feature wall looking out over country fields to a skylight window for stargazing and a big picture window in the bedroom with tranquil views as soon as you open your eyes, if you’re looking for a truly relaxing break, then look no further.

On arrival, you’ll be greeted with a welcome hamper filled with locally sourced treats including jams and biscuits, milk and condiments, to enjoy a coffee and sweet treat as you unpack.

From a well-equipped kitchen area – including everything you need for cooking both indoors and outdoors – to a modern bathroom complete with fresh, cotton towels provided, this contemporary converted cabinperfectly combines luxury and comfort making you feel at home.

When it comes to kicking off those walking boots and hitting the hay, you’ll be curled up under our luxurious soft duck feather and down duvet on a king-sized bed, whilst enjoying the warmth and ambience of the cabin’s wood burner and as you close your eyes you’ll only hear the soothing sounds of nature.

As we all know how unpredictable the British weather can be, The Duck Pond has many electrical sockets in the cabin to charge your phone and electrical equipment as well as Smart TV which takes Netflix and chill to the next level in the most picturesque setting. Plus, there are also some board and card games too, as well as guidebooks for walks around Northumberland.

OUTSIDE THE CABIN

Think warm summer evenings lighting up the barbeque and eating outdoors against the shimmering golden glow of the surrounding fields and hills. Relax and unwind with a glass of wine watching the sunset under the twinkling fairy lights on the beautiful wooden pergola.
