Just a 12-minute drive from the pretty Northumberland village of Corbridge, The Duck Pond is home in the heart of East Farm Glamping and offers a romantic rural break surrounded by an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Picture soaking in the wood-fired hot tub with a glass of fizz, while watching the sunset reflecting in the peaceful, private pond, before toasting marshmallows on a firepit under a sky full of twinkly stars – you really can’t get more tranquil than that, right?

On arrival, you’ll be greeted with a welcome hamper filled with locally sourced treats including jams and biscuits, milk and condiments, to enjoy a coffee and sweet treat as you unpack.

From a well-equipped kitchen area – including everything you need for cooking both indoors and outdoors – to a modern bathroom complete with fresh, cotton towels provided, this contemporary converted cabinperfectly combines luxury and comfort making you feel at home.

When it comes to kicking off those walking boots and hitting the hay, you’ll be curled up under our luxurious soft duck feather and down duvet on a king-sized bed, whilst enjoying the warmth and ambience of the cabin’s wood burner and as you close your eyes you’ll only hear the soothing sounds of nature.

As we all know how unpredictable the British weather can be, The Duck Pond has many electrical sockets in the cabin to charge your phone and electrical equipment as well as Smart TV which takes Netflix and chill to the next level in the most picturesque setting. Plus, there are also some board and card games too, as well as guidebooks for walks around Northumberland.

Think warm summer evenings lighting up the barbeque and eating outdoors against the shimmering golden glow of the surrounding fields and hills. Relax and unwind with a glass of wine watching the sunset under the twinkling fairy lights on the beautiful wooden pergola.

Once the sun has set it’s time to soak in a luxurious wood-fired hot tub overlooking the private duck pond – the ultimate tranquil time perfect ending to a perfect day of adventure. Before snuggling up beside the fire pittoasting marshmallows and watching the stars.
