Darlington Restaurant Week 2023 kicks off tomorrow and runs until Sunday 26th February.
Some of the best restaurants in Darlington – as well as bars, cafés and pubs – will be offering great deals throughout the week, from half-price mains to special set menus.

MAXINE’S RESTAURANT

The majestic Georgian townhouse that Bannatyne Hotel Darlington calls home forever exudes grandeur and class – making its in-house restaurant, Maxine’s, a firm favourite for celebratory meals and special occasions.

Specialist steak restaurant and cocktail bar Tomahawk’s reputation now precedes it as one of the restaurants Darlington is most proud of. Here, you can expect melt-in-your-mouth meat, with their Himalayan salt dry-aged steak topping the bill.
But the sides arguably steal the show here, too – think everything from parmesan truffle fries to glazed mac ‘n’ cheese, garlic butter prawns and bacon and cream peas.
