Welcome the new moon and honour new beginnings, set intentions and feel connected throughout the practice at this Women’s Circle. The new moon coincides with the spring equinox – a time for renewal and rejuvenation. In the session, you’ll meet other like-minded women and learn more about how the moon affects you, journaling practices, self-inquiry practices and guided meditation.

Women in Planning North East ‘Freedom At Work’ Breakfast

Speaker Phil Airson is a coach, psychotherapist and business owner who will draw on his speciality area of relationship-building. Women Only Cycle Confidence Training Sessions

If you’ve always wanted to ride a bike or fancy brushing up your skills, sign up for this women-only cycle confidence lesson. As a registered and experienced Bikeability instructor, Jan hopes to more women cyclists become confident in riding a bike in this 75-minute session. Once you’ve built your confidence, you’ll move on to road safety and regular journey/commuter training.
