Darlington’s highly anticipated new 1920s-themed basement cocktail bar, The Vault, opened its doors last month. Every corner of this sophisticated, speakeasy bar is filled with curiosities, history and secrets waiting to be uncovered as you venture around.
The Vault has become the newest go-to cocktail bar in Darlington and upon opening promised to be a live entertainment destination that takes us back to the Roaring Twenties. And oh boy have they done just that.

With her killer pins, saucy smile, and enchanting gaze, the show will be hosted by non-other than the ‘caramel burlesque queen’ herself, Ebony Silk, who is sure to whisk us away into the wonderful world of glamour and fun.

Ebony Silk
Your host for the evening is Ebony Silk, the North East’s ‘caramel burlesque queen’. The ever-radiant Ebony Silk is a polished and professional performer with over a decade of experience. Previously a resident member of the Headline Honeys Burlesque Troupe, and now a member of The House of Trixie Blue, she has toured the UK and headlined internationally to critical acclaim. With her killer pins, saucy smile and enchanting gaze, she’s sure to whisk us into a wonderful world of glamour and fun.
Harvey Rose
Harvey Rose is a seasoned drag queen and professional dancer with years of experience under her belt. She has worked across the UK and internationally and never fails to captivate her audience with her fun-loving spirit and high-energy performances. Catch her burning up the dance floor whenever she has a chance.
The Vixen Trio
The Vixen Trio are proudly Europe’s biggest, vintage burlesque harmony trio. Faultless three-part close harmony vocals, cheeky and culminating choreography, creative costumes and a surprise strip, this is silliness at its very most sublime. Ascending from humble beginnings, in the UK’s Leicester City, to Internationally renowned, award-winning showstoppers and, finally, Headliner Burlesque and Cabaret status!
Trixie Blue
The international multi-award-winning burlesque enchantress, Trixie Blue, is highly acclaimed for her seductive prowess and jaw-dropping performances, captivating audiences for over 14 years. Not only this, but Trixie is also an established performer and show producer (including the critically acclaimed Newcastle Burlesque Festival), hosting shows throughout the UK, her quick wit, friendly vibes and zany nature leaves audiences giggling in their boots.
