793 Spirits’ filthy dirty martini

Shaken or stirred? Holy Island’s first distillery shares the ultimate dirty martini recipe.

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

50ml Hold Fast Lime and Sea Salt Gin

15ml Lillet Blanc dry vermouth

15ml olive brine

15ml fresh lime juice

METHOD

Stir all ingredients in a stirring glass with a lot of ice, double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with some olives.
