Halloween Outdoor Cinema

Herrington Country Park, Sunderland

The UK’s biggest outdoor cinema tour sets up in the shadow of Penshaw Monument for some scarily good showings on the silver screen under the stars – including The Nightmare Before Christmas, Hocus Pocus, Scream and The Lost Boys.

There are loads of creepy club nights across the North East, but this may be our favourite of the Halloween events Newcastle is hosting. Kicking off at 8pm right through ‘til 2am, this rooftop terrace is transformed with devilish décor, live saxophonists and percussionists, and some of the North East’s best DJs spinning non-stop house music.
