A festive twist on the classic cocktail.
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
25 ml Campari
25 ml gin
15 ml chai spiced syrup
Garnishes: cinnamon stick, star anise, orange peel or orange slices
METHOD
Add the Campari, gin, and syrup to an empty mixing glass.
Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice cube(s).
Garnish with an orange peel and/or festive spices, if desired.
