Ramen, gyoza, bao, fried chicken, cocktails – Sunderland’s newest restaurant Koji has been all over our social media for weeks and it looks insane. Just across the road from Sunderland Empire, it’s walk-ins only, but don’t worry, they have a cool bar if you have to wait for a table. Trust us, the ramen (the restaurant’s speciality) looks worth any wait.
