YogaTherapies is hosting a dreamy wellness event in Ouseburn on Saturday with Malin + Goetz

Whether you want to enjoy a solo afternoon of wellness or gather up some friends for a wholesome weekend activity, this nourishing afternoon is the perfect way to spend a Saturday.

YogaTherapies has teamed up with Malin + Goetz to celebrate the protective and purifying qualities of bergamot oils.

Expect soothing practices, uplifting pampering rituals and to walk away feeling on cloud 9…

Where: YogaTherapies, Portland Road, Ouseburn, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 1DW

When: 11.00am – 2.00pm

Price: £15.00 – which includes a goody bag and £10 of redeemable credit on Malin + Goetz products on the day

WHAT TO EXPECT

11.00am 11.30am – arrive and start to relax

11.30am – Experts from Malin + Goetz arrive. Come and say hi, get a skincare consultation and maybe a relaxing hand massage (don’t worry, there’s time afterwards too…)

12noon – Face yoga and lymphatic health boosting yoga practice led by Debbie and Chris from YogaTherapies.

1pm until 2pm – Time for questions, arm and hand massages, mini facials and Indian head massages as well as purifying bergamot tea.
