Here you’ll be served a fine dining experience through five-course and eight-course tasting menus that use the finest, carefully sourced seasonal ingredients that will take you on a gastronomic adventure.

Think crispy snacks to kick things off, followed by an indulgent lineup including sweetbread with smoked bacon, venison paired with plum and a delightful dessert featuring forced Yorkshire rhubarb. And don’t forget the wine pairing option to elevate your experience.

If you’re a veggie, fear not, Matfen Hall has a tailored five-course menu just for you. Think leek and Roscoff onion, cauliflower with parsnip and a divine rhubarb dessert to wrap it up.

Feeling a bit more adventurous? Dive into the eight-course extravaganza (£90pp). From Jersey oysters with blood orange to Isle of Mull cheddar with Exmoor caviar, each dish takes you on a culinary journey.
