Role: Advertising Sales Manager

Are you ready to take the North East by storm from the comfort of your own home? High Life North is looking for a dynamic and driven Advertising Sales Manager to join our vibrant team, remotely. This role is all about making things happen, from driving direct sales to expanding our reach into exciting new areas.

At High Life North, we’re not just about selling ads; we’re about creating impactful, tailor-made marketing solutions that deliver real results for our clients. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Creative Solutions Manager to bring innovative content ideas to life.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive new business: Take charge of growing our business by exploring new territories and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Be the go-to contact for key advertising decision-makers across our network.
  • Exceed targets: Work towards smashing quarterly team sales goals.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep a close eye on the competition and the latest market trends.
  • Manage campaigns: Oversee multiple advertising campaigns, ensuring they’re launched, monitored, and executed flawlessly to meet client expectations.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experienced: 2-3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Proactive and driven: You’re a go-getter who thrives on success and isn’t afraid to chase big goals.
  • Credible communicator: You can present and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Multi-tasker: You excel at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • Negotiation ninja: Strong negotiation skills and sharp commercial instincts are a must.
  • Cool under pressure: You handle challenges with grace and keep your cool when the heat is on.
  • People person: With strong interpersonal skills and an approachable manner, you’re a team player through and through.
  • Mobile: You have a full driving license and a car – ready to hit the road when needed.

The package:

  • £27,000 per annum
  • 10% commission on all sales (unlocked after hitting a base target)
  • 26 days’ annual leave
  • One duvet day per year
  • Your birthday off, every year
