Spicy smashed avocado hash brown toasts

Makes: 4 toasts
INGREDIENTS
2 Ripe Avocados
¼ Red Onion diced
1 Lime juiced
1 Teaspoon Sriracha
¼ Jalapeño sliced into 4 discs
4 Frozen Hash Browns
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
METHOD
Start by preparing your hash browns according to the package instructions. Whether you bake them, pan fry them, or put them in the air fryer, just make sure that they are nice and crispy!
In a small bowl, add all of your remaining ingredients (minus the jalapeño slices) and mash them together with a fork until your guacamole is smooth!
Once your hash browns are done, top each one with the guacamole. Then, place a jalapeño slice on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
