Witchy Aperol spritz

INGREDIENTS

3oz prosecco

2oz aperol

2oz blackberry syrup (method below)

1oz soda water

Dry orange

Cantaloupe

METHOD

Simmer one cup of blackberries, 1/2 cup water and a few tablespoons of sugar in a pot for about 5 minutes. Blend and strain.

Fill your glass of choice with ice and add prosecco, aperol, blackberry syrup and soda water.

Garnish with your dry orange and cut up cantaloupe and enjoy!
