If you want to go traditional with turkey for your Christmas dinner, look no further. Nicholsons Butchers serves a variety of turkeys to suit every table size and taste. Their free-range bronze turkeys are something special, roaming freely in Monmouthshire pastures for an unmatched flavour and texture.
For something easier to carve but equally delicious, opt for the turkey butterfly which has no bones which makes it easier to carve and quicker to cook —no fuss, all flavour. All birds are slow reared in open farm buildings, ensuring high welfare standards and the best taste.
MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH BEEF
Fancy beef for your Christmas spread? Nicholsons Butchers have got you covered with dry-aged cuts, hand-selected by Mr Nicholson himself. From the rib of beef on the bone to sirloin boned and rolled, each cut has been dry aged for a minimum of 21 days to develop deep, rich flavours that’ll wow your guests.
