Bringing the atmosphere of the French Alps to Yorkshire, expect seasonal culinary delights such as caramelised French onion soup, served with a mouth-watering Gruyère crouton, whole baked Camembert with traditional cranberry sauce and chicken schnitzel with potato salad and crispy capers.
