A CULINARY ADVENTURE ACROSS INDIA

Chakh Dhoom, which translates to ‘taste and smoke’, captures the essence of Indian street food – where bold flavours, spices and age-old cooking techniques come alive in every dish. The chefs at Chakh Dhoom have drawn inspiration from their journeys across India, bringing authentic recipes from the snowy north to the tropical south and everywhere in between. And their festive feast menu is a true celebration of these flavours, designed to offer us an unforgettable experience of Indian cooking at its finest.

ON THE FESTIVE FEAST MENU

Running from Sunday 1st to Tuesday 24th December, Chakh Dhoom’s four-course festive feast is available for lunch (1 pm – 3:45 pm, £29.99 per person) and dinner (4 pm – 10 pm, £34.99 per person), with a special kids’ price of £19.99 (under 12) and there is a minimum of four guests required.

The perfect starter: platters to explore 

Start your feast with a choice of vibrant platters – ideal for tasting and sharing a variety of unique dishes. Whether you go vegetarian, non-vegetarian or vegan, these starters are full of festive flair:

Non-vegetarian platter: tuck into festive turkey madras, Christmas chicken tikka, merry lamb chops and Santa’s crispy fried prawns.

Vegetarian platter: indulge in Kastoori paneer tikka, onion bhaji, vegetable Manchurian, and jingle broccoli in a spicy Hakka sauce.

Vegan platter: enjoy onion bhaji, vegetable Manchurian, Hakka-style broccoli and achari tempeh tikka.

Between courses, you’ll be served crispy winter wonderland vegetable pakoras -perfect for sharing and keeping those taste buds tingling. 

The main event: curries for sharing

The main course offers a range of rich and flavourful curries, ideal for the season of sharing. Each curry is served with fragrant saffron brown onion pulao rice, sweet and sour butternut squash and assorted festive breads.

Non-vegetarian: go for the turkey butter masala, royal one-pot lamb curry, or elf fish curry in a coconut-mustard sauce.

Vegetarian: try Christmas special malai soya chaap, wedding special aloo gobhi adraki, and cd kadai paneer.

Vegan: enjoy aloo gobhi adraki, Amritsari chole, and mistletoe baby aubergine in onion seed masala.

The sweet finale
