HLN TOP TIP: Want to know more about Saltmoore? Here’s why you need this new wellness hotel on your radar.

A FEAST FOR THE SENSES

At Saltmoore, food is more than just nourishment – it’s a celebration. Their menus are inspired by the rugged beauty of the North Sea and the rolling heather-draped moors. Think farm-to-fork dishes that showcase the best of Yorkshire’s seasonal produce, all curated by their incredible culinary team.

Heading up the kitchens is Adam Maddock, a highly skilled Head Chef with experience in some of the UK’s top Michelin-starred restaurants. Originally from the coastal town of Plymouth, Adam has a passion for seafood and hearty game dishes – a perfect fit for North Yorkshire’s finest produce. And he’s not alone: Adam works closely with Consultant Chef Tommy Banks, one of the UK’s most innovative culinary minds, to create menus that’ll tantalise your tastebuds and warm your soul this winter.

Sustainability at the heart of every dish

Saltmoore isn’t just about luxury; it’s about protecting the stunning landscape we call home. The Kitchen Garden, designed using no-dig principles, produces fresh, nutrient-rich fruits, vegetables, and herbs for The Brasserie menu. This approach not only supports the environment but also ensures you’ll be served the highest-quality ingredients on your plate.
