5-a-day fruit smoothie
Get all the vitamins and minerals you need to set you up for the day all in one drink.
Ingredients
60g blueberries frozen
1 banana medium, peeled and sliced
2 kiwi fruits peeled & roughly chopped
1 apple peeled, cored and chopped
Juice of half a lime
100ml coconut water
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 small glasses.
