A new bespoke wellness service focused on longevity has arrived at Grantley Hall’s Three Graces Spa
The current beauty and cosmetic industry help us 'appear' younger with freezing, plumping and endless creams. At Bloom we can help you become younger at a cellular level, flipping the switch on ageing.

Grantley Hall in North Yorkshire, already known for its luxurious wellness offerings, is introducing a new service focused on longevity and preventative health.
The Bloom Longevity Labs, led by Dr Lubna Khan-Salim, will launch on 4th December 2024, offering an innovative approach to long-term wellness.
These clinics will run on the first Wednesday of every month at Grantley Hall’s Three Graces Spa, aiming to provide a more personalised and science-driven take on health and vitality.
Dr Lubna, a former NHS plastic surgeon and founder of the Time to Bloom clinic, has over a decade of experience in aesthetics and holistic health. Her philosophy, which she terms ‘biomimetic aesthetics’, focuses on working with the body’s natural processes rather than against them.
This aligns with a broader trend in wellness, slowing moving from London to the North, emphasising preventative care, sustainability, and natural enhancement.
“Biomimetics or biomimicry takes cues from nature and natural biological processes. There is a large popularity and availability of aesthetic procedures like fillers and toxins. In a highly unregulated industry, these procedures have become led by trends, resulting in the homogeneity of people’s aesthetics.” said Dr Lubna.
“A shifting paradigm has emerged within the realm of aesthetic practice, driven by an increasing understanding that youth and beauty extend beyond mere surface appearance. I firmly believe that preserving our individual beauty is the way forward.”
The Bloom Longevity Labs will begin with an in-depth consultation to understand each guest’s individual health history and wellness goals.
Priced at £350, Dr Lubna will carry out an educational 360-degree consultation, which includes skin analysis via the Observ platform and a cutting-edge one-of-a-kind skin test by Skin Life Analytics, which can measure and detect damage to the skin before even signs are seen.
From there, a comprehensive, bespoke treatment plan will be created, including recommendations for nutrition, supplements, movement, and in-clinic therapies. The initial fee is redeemable against a treatment programme.
Progress is monitored with regular reviews at three, six, and 12 months, ensuring each plan remains relevant and effective.
The treatments offered through the program target four key areas:
- Facial rejuvenation
- Longevity enhancement
- Hair health
- Body wellness.
Each aspect is designed to help clients look and feel their best, not just in the short term, but in a sustainable way that supports overall well-being.
Dr Lubna continued: “The current beauty and cosmetic industry help us ‘appear’ younger with freezing, plumping and endless creams. At Bloom we can help you become younger at a cellular level, flipping the switch on ageing.”
This collaboration reflects Grantley Hall’s commitment to staying at the forefront of wellness innovation. With its Three Graces Spa already offering a wide range of treatments, the addition of Bloom Longevity Labs positions the hotel as a destination for those seeking both luxury and evidence-based health care in the North of England.
Reservations for the Bloom Longevity Labs are now open, with further details available directly through Grantley Hall.
