"The rebrand is about so much more than just a new look; it’s about creating a better experience for everyone we work with."
Finest Properties
Finest Properties started 12 years ago in the heart of Corbridge, Northumberland, with a small team and a bold idea: to do property differently.
Over the years, the estate agent has grown whilst always staying true to its mission – to pair beautiful homes with buyers who seek exceptional properties.
Finest Properties has represented some of the most impressive and inspiring homes across town, coast, and country. Along the way, they’ve set records, built lasting relationships, and developed a reputation for achieving outstanding client results.
At the end of last year, the team – headed up by Ryan Eve and Scott Mason – launched an impressive rebrand to reflect the next chapter of the business.
We caught up with them to learn more about how they’re constantly pushing boundaries in the luxury property market – and doing it in style, of course.
The vision – how does the rebrand reflect the future direction of Finest Properties?
This rebrand is the next step in our journey as we take everything we’ve learned and channel it into a new era for the business. In recent years, we’ve grown to the point that we are no longer just a local agency; we’re now part of something larger with the creation of The Finest Collective – a collaboration of expert partners in some of the UK’s most sought-after locations.
Embracing ‘Finest’ as our identity reflects our ambition to celebrate the individuality of every home, tell its unique story, and connect more people to the magic behind each property and its sale.
Doing property marketing differently…
As part of the rebrand, we’ve taken a completely fresh marketing approach. Creating The Finest Collective has broadened our reach and strengthened our marketing approach while maintaining the personal touches that made us who we are.
The website – The website has been transformed into a destination for discovering exceptional homes and the lifestyles they represent. At its heart are carefully curated collections showcasing properties by lifestyle and character, from countryside escapes to coastal retreats.
Alongside these collections, the dedicated ‘Notebook’ section shares inspiring home stories, interior design tips and area guides, making Finest a go-to destination for anyone passionate about unique homes and beautiful living.
Social media – Social media complements this with a stronger focus on reaching a national audience through curated content that reflects the elegance of our brand. Everything – from the imagery to the tone – has been elevated to match the ambition of ‘Finest’.
Providing inspiration – Every home has a story, and we bring those stories to the forefront. We have a new photography style that focuses on the lifestyle each home offers, while our descriptions go beyond the basics to capture the magic that makes each home special.
Through The Finest Collective, we can tell these stories on a larger stage, reaching buyers who connect with the individuality of each home.
How will the changes enhance the experience for your clients buying or selling properties?
The rebrand is about so much more than just a new look; it’s about creating a better experience for everyone we work with. It has unified everything we do, giving us a clear identity that runs through every part of the business, from how we present homes to how we communicate with clients.
Sellers can expect their homes to be showcased in the best possible way, with a marketing approach that’s both creative and effective.
Buyers, conversely, will find themselves drawn into the stories we tell, making it easier to picture themselves in a new home. It’s about raising the bar across the board – something we’ve been passionate about since the day we started.
What has been the response so far?
It has been fantastic. Clients appreciate the fresh approach, and our partner agents have embraced the new brand wholeheartedly. We have already seen increased engagement and interest in the homes we’re marketing, which shows the strength of The Finest Collective in connecting homes with the right buyers.
What are the next steps for Finest Properties to continue to innovate within the luxury property market?
We’re just getting started. Through The Finest Collective, we’ll continue pushing boundaries – whether through creative marketing campaigns, expanding our network of expert agents, or finding new ways to tell the stories of the homes we represent.
Our focus will always be on connecting people with the finest properties in the UK and creating experiences that truly embody what we call ‘the finest feeling’.
We’re setting a new standard for the luxury property market, combining timeless elegance with modern innovation to deliver an unparalleled experience for buyers and sellers alike.
