THE PLANT-BASED TASTING MENU AT SIX ROOFTOP
Served every day from 12-2pm and 5:30-9pm
Cost: six courses – £55 lunch/£65 dinner or nine courses – £85 lunch/£95 dinner
If you think vegan food is just salads, veggies and smoothies, think again. The chefs at SIX Rooftop have crafted a plant based tasting menu that’s as indulgent as it is inventive. This isn’t just any ol’ dinner – it’s a journey through flavours, textures and creativity, all made from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

Think the likes of truffled mushroom arancini with black garlic and fennel. Followed by celeriac linguine ‘cacio e pepe’, featuring sticky barbecued Maitake mushrooms – a plant-based twist on an Italian classic.
Then tuck into a beetroot tart with plant-based feta and roasted hazelnuts for a punchy, nutty flavour explosion. Finish on a sweet note with decadent desserts like set lemon yoghurt with lemon jam and white chocolate or roast peach with salted walnut and maple syrup.

SOFT DRINKS PAIRING FOR DRY JANUARY
Cost: four drinks – £25 or six drinks – £35
If you’re also doing Dry January, SIX Rooftop has thought of everything. Their soft drinks flight is crafted to elevate your dining experience without the booze. You don’t need to miss out on your favourite cocktails here – think sparkling elderflower fizz, a mocktail take on limoncello spritz and even a non-alcoholic honey old fashioned.
Of course, if you fancy a cheeky tipple, there’s a fantastic wine flight available too, starting at £45.
