Role: Advertising Sales Manager
Earning potential: £40,000+
Location: Working from home (with some in-person meetings when required)

High Life North is the North East’s leading digital lifestyle magazine – and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Advertising Sales Manager to join our team and help drive commercial growth while supporting independent businesses across the region.

What we offer:

  • £27,000 base salary

  • Uncapped commission (10% on all sales after target)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of advertising clients

  • Identifying new business opportunities across the North East

  • Selling tailored marketing and content solutions

  • Working alongside our Creative Solutions Manager to deliver results-driven campaigns

  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets

Who we’re looking for:

  • 2–3 years of proven B2B or media sales experience

  • Confident communicator and natural relationship builder

  • Results-driven, self-motivated and organised

  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills

  • Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a car
