Newcastle and Gateshead’s iconic late-night celebration of culture is making its much-anticipated return this spring – yes, The Late Shows are back for 2025.
Taking over the city on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th May, this multi-award-winning event throws open the doors to museums, galleries, historic landmarks and hidden creative spaces after hours – all completely free. Expect exclusive access, live performances, interactive workshops and unexpected surprises around every corner.
Whether you’re local or just visiting, this is your chance to dip into the region’s rich cultural scene with bite-sized experiences that showcase the best the North East has to offer – and it won’t cost you a thing.
