Chicken Caesar smash tacos

Time: 25 minutes

Makes: 10 tacos

INGREDIENTS

10 corn tortillas

450g ground chicken

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp paprika

tsp salt & pepper

1/2 a head of romaine lettuce

1/2 a lemon juiced

your favourite caesar dressing

crispy onions for garnish

parmesan for garnish

chilli flakes for garnish

lemon wedges for garnish

METHOD

Start by cutting the romaine lettuce into thin pieces, add the lemon juice and as much caesar dressing as you’d like. Give that a good mix and set aside.

Next add the ground chicken and seasonings to a bowl. Mix well and spread a heaping tbsp onto the corn tortillas.

Fry the chicken tortillas for 2-3 minutes on each side in an oiled pan using medium high heat. Once the chicken looks nice and browned remove from the pan.

Serve the tortillas with the caesar salad, more dressing, parmesan, crispy onions, red pepper flakes, and a lemon wedge. Enjoy!
