Newcastle Jazz Festival

Expect an array of local acts such as New Orleans-style Northern Monkey Brass Band, full-throttle-swing Strictly Smokin’ Big Band, and vocalist Lindsay Hannon’s tribute to Tom Waits. Plus, national headliners Emma Rawicz an inspirational and virtuosic young saxophonist and award-winning contemporary pianist Ivo Neame brings his quartet to the Toon and Parliamentary Award Nominated vocalist Jo Harrop.
