A Wounded Landscape by Marc Wilson – Side Gallery

This major exhibition features work by photographer Marc Wilson, who journeyed across 130 locations in 20 countries to document the physical traces of the Holocaust.

In addition to moving photos, visitors can hear the stories of 22 survivors of the Holocaust and their descendants, recounted in English, French, Hebrew, Polish, Dutch and Russian.

The exhibition is a reminder of how this atrocity was perpetrated over a vast landscape in different environments, and how experiences of persecution usually started in places that the persecuted called home.
