As well as cheering on around 60,000 dedicated runners in all manner of colourful garb and fancy-dress costumes for a variety of great causes, if you find a good spot along the route of this year’s AJ Bell Great North Run, you’ll also witness Sir Mo Farah’s final ever competitive race.
