Jimmy Turrell Pop-Up Shop – BALTIC

Newcastle-born artist and video director Jimmy Turrell uses collage, printmaking and photography in his art, which is currently on display at the BALTIC.

Shifting Surfaces: Parts I, II, & III unites a series of works which will transform and reconfigure in three separate stages over the course of six months. This will happen via various techniques, including hand collage, overprinting and painting.

Expect to see musical heroes, slogans, found materials and collages all slowly changing until the exhibition close in September.
