Lucy Burley – The Biscuit Factory

A beautiful exhibition to visit if you’re a fan of sculpture or ceramic works.

Using Giorgio Morandi’s still-life paintings as inspiration, Lucy creates simple objects by throwing white earthenware clay on a potter’s wheel, then coating each one in a semi-matt glaze and staining them to achieve a range of colours.

Her collection is decorative, functional, harmonious and very pleasing to the eye!
