Moosenwirt – city centre, Newcastle

Moosenwirt is the alpine pop-up village in the centre of Newcastle, where you can expect cosy, rustic vibes, mulled wine and twinkling fairy lights for days.

A giant yurt bedecked in festive finery and cosified with outdoor heaters, inside you’ll find a huge log-wood bar and plenty of seating around crackling fire pits, where you can enjoy seasonal drinks while soaking up live music.

If you’re feeling fancy, book one of their igloo domes or luxury lodges for your clique to enjoy exclusively. But if you’re more go-with-the-flow, walk ins are always welcome – as are your dogs.
