Moth Morning – Washington Wetland Centre

With hundreds of moth species across the North East, there’s plenty to learn about these humble creatures.

Head down to the barn at Washington Wetland Centre, where guide Andrew will be opening the moth trap and telling you all about these beautiful insects.

Get to know some different moth species, like the White Satin and Poplar Hawk. You’ll even get the chance to hold one if you’re feeling brave!
