Northumberland Open 2023: Wild Northumberland – Woodhorn Museum

Held every year in the Woodhorn Museum’s stunning Workshop Galleries, the Northumberland Open is the largest exhibition of its type in Northumberland.

This year, the theme is ‘Wild Northumberland’; artists have drawn inspiration for their work from Northumberland’s wild landscapes, wildlife, weather and local characters.

The exhibition attracts submissions from hundreds of artists across Northumberland and beyond, with a select few chosen for display by a panel of artists and curators.
