POP UP: Children’s Yoga Ages 3-8 – Jasmine Yoga
In this exciting yoga session, children and accompanying adults will get to move their bodies, hear creative stories and play yoga games.
As well as being a fun activity, yoga for children has many benefits, including building strength and flexibility, using imagination, promoting confidence and body awareness, and supporting healthy sleeping patterns and mindfulness.
Enjoy watching your children try out yoga, then sit down for a calming drink together at the end of the event.
