POP UP: Tween Yoga – Jasmine Yoga

This encouraging yoga session is aimed at older children and pre-teens who want to move their bodies, build self-esteem and generally have a lovely time.
The session will help your child develop strength, flexibility and balance, be more confident and aware in their body, and feel more relaxed and mindful.
You’re welcome to drop your child off at the yoga studio or stay and practise alongside them.
