Summer Tasting Evening – SIX Baltic

SIX Baltic will be hosting a delightful Summer Tasting Evening that’s entirely plant-based.

Produced by SIX Baltic’s Food Director Greg Lambert, the menu will showcase the best of local ingredients and combine them to create dishes inspired from all around the globe.

From Tomato Tartare with Avocado Cream to Celeriac Carbonara with Tofu Bacon, the evening shines a spotlight on the creative versatility of plant-based ingredients.
