Wellness Workshop: A Summer Social – The Biscuit Factory

Join YANA Active for an evening of self-care and positivity in the Biscuit Factory’s Garden Room.

You’ll be treated to a series of activities and talks while meeting like-minded people who love wellness, sustainability and activewear.

Learn breathing techniques to manage stress and improve sleep; hear how West Brow Co. grew from a kitchen business to a global sensation from founder Kimberley Cattin; discover local wellness brands and shop new lines of sustainable activewear.

Tickets include a welcome drink, glass of fizz and a delicious slice of pizza from the Biscuit Factory’s own pizzeria.
