Sarah and Gemma from Sammy Anne’s will move around the room giving you a personalised treatment of your choice using bespoke natural oils picked out by you. Choose from a bedtime facial routine, Tibetan scalp massage, or a Reiki, hand and scalp massage.

While this is taking place, yogi Steph will guide you through a restorative yoga sequence to help reduce stress and encourage lightness in the mind.

The experience finishes with tea and sweet treats, which you can enjoy to the sound of waves crashing outside.
