
The Barre is an inclusive fitness studio and back in 2009 was the UK’s first dedicated Barre studio.
The workouts are designed to strengthen, stretch and tone using training methods used by dancers. They offer 30, 45 and 60-minute classes both in our purpose-built studio in Newcastle and online.
This means their carefully curated programme of classes are a full workout regime in their own right but also compliment other sports and practises perfectly too.
Suitable for both men and women of all ages and fitness levels The Barre is a supportive, effective and safe workout for you to reach your fitness goals.
