Restival: The Happy Me Project – The Royal Station Hotel

Take some time out for yourself with this no-nonsense, positive mindset festival – hosted by founder of the The Happy Me Project, Holly Matthews.

There will be a full day of inspiring talks by Holly and her guests, with topics ranging from ‘A chat with your barber’ to ‘Dance yourself happy’… and plenty of laughs along the way!

Prioritise yourself and learn positive psychology tools through the speakers’ insights, take part in growth activities, and get ideas on how to work on your mind, soak up your joy and walk through the pain.
