The Myth of Serial Killer Profiling – Tyne Theatre & Opera House

In this fascinating talk by Professor Craig Jackson – a man who has contributed to more than 50 documentaries on crimes and murders – you’ll hear about a range of serial murder cases and how criminals are profiled.

Professor Jackson will discuss evidence that shows profiling is less successful than we think when it comes to identifying, apprehending and convicting serial killers.

The show will reveal how criminal profilers often got it so wrong, looking at examples in a range of infamous cases. It’s a riveting and insightful talk for anyone into true crime!
