Football Freddie – Arts Centre Washington

This heartwarming and witty show is all about football, teamwork and the joy of joining in.

The story follows Freddie Farren, a little girl who loves football but is too nervous to join in a game at her local park. That’s until her Great-Great-Great Uncle Fred, a real footballer from the olden days, steps out of a magical photograph!

The pair travel back in time and re-live footballing glories of old. Will Freddie be able to renew her confidence and enthusiasm and take part in a game?

With audience participation and playful storytelling, this magical performance is ideal for children and their families.
